By booking and participating in a cruise with Parinautes, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Personal Belongings:

Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Parinautes is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the cruise.

2. Weather Conditions:

While we aim to provide a smooth experience, Parinautes cannot be held responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes due to adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, storms, etc.). In case of forecasted severe weather, customers may reschedule or cancel their cruise up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund (excluding catering services). If rescheduled, a new date will be offered, subject to availability.

3. Force Majeure:

Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Parinautes is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the cruise. .

4. Late Arrival and Cruise Duration:

Passengers are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Any delays may result in a shortened cruise duration or additional fees. Parinautes is not responsible for any lost time due to passenger delays.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of the deposit.

Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the deposit.

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund of either the deposit or the balance.

Changes or cancellations due to government measures or health-related issues: If the cruise cannot take place due to government restrictions (e.g., lockdown), we will offer a rescheduling option without extra fees.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

Parinautes is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during the cruise unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct of the company or its employees. Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew. The captain is the sole authority on board.

7. Rescheduled Services:

Any rescheduled services cannot be subsequently canceled at the customer’s initiative, regardless of the reason.
